We are seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to help grow our online presence and connect with our audience through engaging, on-brand content.

Role Overview:
The Social Media Marketing Intern will assist in planning, creating, and managing content across our social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, branding, and digital marketing, and who wants hands-on experience working with a growing creative brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with developing and scheduling social media posts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Create engaging graphics, reels, and short-form videos using Canva and other tools.
  • Research and implement trending hashtags, sounds, and content strategies to increase visibility.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions.
  • Help track social media analytics and performance to identify areas for growth.
  • Brainstorm creative campaign ideas to promote products, digital templates, and seasonal promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest).
  • Basic skills in Canva or other graphic design tools.
  • Strong communication and creative writing skills.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and willingness to research emerging strategies.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Bonus: Experience with video editing apps (CapCut, InShot) or knowledge of basic SEO.

The Canva Folder Organizer Intern will be responsible for reviewing, categorizing, and reorganizing existing Canva projects into a structured folder system. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys digital organization, has an eye for detail, and understands the importance of maintaining a well-structured creative workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit existing Canva designs, templates, and assets.
  • Categorize designs into clear, easy-to-navigate folders by project type, theme, or usage.
  • Create a standardized naming convention for all files and folders.
  • Remove duplicate or outdated designs.
  • Ensure templates and assets are tagged and labeled for quick searchability.
  • Work with the design/marketing team to identify priority projects and folders.
  • Provide recommendations to improve ongoing Canva organization practices.

About Us:
Bespoke Bliss Creations is a veteran-owned creative design company specializing in customized products, digital templates, branding, and personalized items. We operate out of a dedicated 235-square-foot crafting studio and are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on intern to help us optimize and organize our creative space for maximum efficiency.

Role Overview:
The Crafting Space Organization Intern will work on-site to organize our crafting studio, establishing a streamlined system for each stage of our workflow—creating, making, processing, and shipping. You’ll also help design and implement an organized inventory system for materials, supplies, and finished products to ensure everything is easily accessible and efficient for day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the current layout and identify opportunities to improve workflow within the 235 sq. ft. space.
  • Organize workstations for each stage of production: design/create, make, process, and ship.
  • Sort, label, and store crafting materials, tools, and supplies for easy access.
  • Develop a clear inventory tracking system for raw materials, finished products, and shipping supplies.
  • Assist in decluttering and creating storage solutions to maximize small-space efficiency.
  • Recommend and help implement organizational tools (shelving, bins, labels, digital tracking, etc.).
  • Work closely with the owner to ensure the system fits the day-to-day production flow.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hands-on environment.
  • Comfortable lifting and moving supplies and equipment (within reason).
  • Experience with organizing, inventory systems, or crafting environments preferred but not required.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in creating systems that are easy to maintain.
